Goldenpine Realty and Development Inc. (GRDI) was established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in March 24, 2011 by Mr. Virgilio “Ver” C. Bucat to engage into the property business including housing and subdivision development. It aims to become a significant property developer in the country offering quality homes and communities and providing honest and trustworthy service to its buyers or stakeholders.

 

Presently, Goldenpine also caters to other real estate products and services such as memorial parks and management consultancy, respectively. Goldenpine is a spin-off business of Ver’s construction companies: Sagada Construction and Development Corp. and Silvercrest Construction Development Corp. (new).

 

Ver has been in the construction industry for more than 15 years having vast experience in land development projects such as road construction, landscaping and building slope protection systems in various in Luzon. It has engaged throughout the years with some of the country’s top property developers such as Landco Pacific Corporation, Cathay Land Inc. and Suntrust Properties Inc. (an affiliate company of Megaworld Properties).
