In 2011, GRDI co-developed with Red Oak Properties Inc. its first successful affordable housing subdivision in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan called Amaresa. Amaresa is a 5.5-hectare Modern Asian inspired community composed of approximately 260 units, a mix of open lots and house and 4 | P a g e lots. To date and in less than 3 years in operation, Amaresa has already sold out its inventory and is now a living community. Goldenpine as co-developer holds 30% share of the developer proceeds in the project. Amaresa is a joint venture project with its landowner – Blue Mountain Properties Inc.
